Dear MG Chemicals’ Customers,

During this COVID-19 pandemic, MG Chemicals is working hard to maintain the health and safety of its employees, customers, suppliers, and the broader global community while also ensuring business continuity and minimizing the impact on the delivery of services and goods to you. Until further notice, please note the following:  

SITE VISITS, CONFERENCES, and MEETINGS—Due to social distancing safety protocols, we have suspended all our in-person meetings, conference attendances, and out-of-country travels. Where possible, on-site and off-site visits will be rescheduled as telephone or video teleconference meetings.  

TURNAROUND TIME—We have temporarily increased our turnaround time for your orders from 3 days to 5 days. This additional time is required by the various internal and external measures that are being taken to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, suppliers, and broader global community. 

BACKORDERS—There has been a particularly high demand for our Isopropyl Alcohol electronic cleaning liquids and wipes. While we are ramping up production, we do expect that some backorders will occur due to the exceptionally high demand on these products. We are further expecting backorders for our cotton dry swabs since our suppliers have announced that they will be prioritizing production for medical applications.  

We remain open for business and will keep you notified of any further developments regarding the effects of the coronavirus pandemic on our operations. Our hearts are with those who have been affected by the coronavirus.
